Celebration Book Club is pleased to offer a very special opportunity for all parents. Each book will include a special nameplate stating that it was contributed in honor of your child with a special message.
To participate, please complete the eForm below, then send a check made payable to Ocee PTA ('Celebration Book Club' in the memo) in an envelope addressed to 'Celebration Book Club'.
