Six Flags Read To Succeed is a program sponsored by Six Flags theme park and Weekly Reader in conjunction with the PTA. 

Its goal is to promote recreational reading for all elementary school aged children. 

For each child, in grades kindergarten through fifth, who completes six hours (or 360 minutes) of recreational reading,  he or she will receive a free children's ticket good for Six Flags. 

To qualify for this program, the reading must be done in the designated time frame (typically January and February) and a tally must be completed and returned to their teacher.  In their effort to earn this reward,  it is our hope that it will inspire them to continue to read for enjoyment.
